With a variety of volunteer opportunities at Fox Cities Habitat, we’re certain there’s a role that is just right for you. No experience is needed to volunteer. We will teach you everything you need to know!

Senior Crew
- Commitment of a consistent but flexible schedule
- Priority scheduling, extensive communication and specialized training
- Perks include free Senior Crew clothing, name tags, social activities and more
- Lead or follow; it’s your choice
Construction
- Work with skilled volunteers, building professionals and the future homeowner to construct a home
- On-the-job training provided
- No experience required

ReStore
- Cconvenient Appleton location
- In-store opportunities: customer service, merchandiser, donation intake and cashier roles available
- Off-site opportunities: deconstruction and donation pick up
- Eligible for court-ordered community service hours (application and approval required)
Construction Logistics and Warehouse
- Transportation of trailers, tools and equipment to work sites
- Recycling
- Trailer restocking and organization
- Inventory management
Administrative and Office
- Support team with mailings, marketing, volunteer recruitment, data entry and donor appreciation
Additional Volunteer Roles
- Construction site host (mornings only)
- Meal donor: prepare and serve lunch to construction crew of 10-20
- Speakers bureau opportunities to introduce Fox Cities Habitat to the community
- Education class facilitation for new Fox Cities Habitat families
Group Opportunities
- Great team-building volunteer opportunities for local organizations

- Open to friends and social groups
Rock the Block
- Exterior home beautification projects including painting, landscaping, light construction and more
- Part of Fox Cities Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization program

Setting You Up for Success
