Thank you for your interest in the Fox Cities Habitat Home Repair Program. Please read the informational overview, providing program guidelines and requirements.
We will be accepting applications during our upcoming Open Application Cycle. Application cycles are the first Mondays in February and August, for a two-week period. Applications sent outside of these dates will not be considered and sent back to you.
Our program is a 0% interest loan repaid to Habitat over up to seven years. Similar to a loan through a bank, there are lending requirements. Please contact Habitat with questions regarding Home Repair at 920-967-8898 or HomeRepair@foxcitieshabitat.org.
Depending on the types of repairs needed, repairs are done by trained site leaders, staff, and/or volunteers. Some work may require contractors to be hired to complete, and approved by our construction staff. The homeowner chooses their contractors and Habitat will finance the project costs, if approved. Homeowners actively participate in their projects by working alongside volunteers, completing sweat equity hours. Through our home repair projects, homeowners are able to restore their homes to being safe, decent, and healthy environments.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded a grant that will help us repair homes for disabled veterans and military-connected families!
For anyone that has been or is a member of the armed services, or is part of a military-connected family, we may be able to help with larger-scale projects. Send in your home repair application during open application periods, noting you are or have been a member of the armed services or are part of a military-connected family. Additional qualifications apply to those pursuing this program.
Thank you to the Home Depot Foundation Repair Corps that is supporting veterans in the Greater Fox Cities Area.
