Home Repair

An Affordable Home Repair Program

Everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home. But sometimes, repairs are needed—and they can be hard to afford. We help local homeowners fix serious problems in their homes. Whether it’s a leaky roof, broken heater, or steps that are no longer safe—we’re here to help you stay in the home you love.

Based on your situation and the available options in our community, we can provide you with a referral, create a connection, identify potential direct funding solutions, or offer a 0% deferred loan.

What Repairs Can We Help With?

We work on many types of home repairs that are critical needs that affect your safety or would allow you to stay in your home.

Examples of eligible repairs:

A Safe Home for Amber’s Family

“We knew our siding was lead-based. There was no way we’d be able to afford the work done to our house without the Home Repair program. Thank you so much for changing our lives and making our home a place that is safe for our daughter, family and neighbors.”
