Coming to Chilton in May!
You may qualify for $10,000 FREE for home repairs. Fox Cities Habitat will be in Chilton from May 11th to May 13th! Rock the Block focuses on affordable home repair and community projects to keep your home and neighborhood safe and beautiful. Projects include:
- Landscaping and yard cleanup
- Painting and staining decks/porches
- Roofing
- Siding
- Window and door replacement
- Porch repairs
- Many more exterior and interior repairs

Rock the Block is Affordable
Eligible homeowners who participate in the Rock the Block program are offered up to $10,000 free to go towards repairs to improve the health and safety of your home. Any repairs that exceed $10,000 may be eligible for our Home Repair program, which offers a 0% deferred loan.
Rock the Block Income Guidelines
If you own your home and meet the income guidelines below, you may qualify for up to $10,000 FREE to address home repairs. If you are over our income guidelines, you may qualify for up to $500 FREE to address minor landscaping and home improvement projects.
