1st – Download Your Packet
• Pick your partnership type above and read the requirements.
2nd – Get Qualified
• Submit your documents to: constructionbids@foxcitieshabitat.org
• Office: 920-968-7345
3rd – Bid Annually or by RFQ
• Submit the annual bid or get invited to bid on projects as they come up.
4th – Work and Get Paid
• Complete the work, invoice with the project address, and get paid within 30 days.

Can I donate part of my work or materials?
Yes. Gift-in-kind donations of work or materials are welcomed and strongly encouraged to help us serve families in our communities. Show the fair-market price and the donated portion
Can I bid before onboarding is finished?
Yes. Onboarding just has to be complete or confirmed before a contract is awarded.
Do I have to redo onboarding every year?
No. Only your insurance certificate (COI) needs to be kept current.
How and when do I get paid?
Send invoices to ap@foxcitieshabitat.org with a unique invoice number and the project address as the PO number. Properly documented invoices are paid within 30 days.

Manuals
Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity takes safety very seriously. It is our number one priority to keep all of our volunteers, contractors and staff out of harm’s way at all times.
This Safety Manual was written as a guideline to work safely on site. Common sense should be used at all times. If at any time you feel unsafe or that something isn’t right, stop what you are doing immediately and talk to a staff member or site leader.
Mission of this manual:
- To create safety awareness and a safe working environment for all Habitat volunteers and staff.
- Construction can be a hazardous activity. It is expected that the Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity construction process will be completed without any accidents.
Construction Training
Senior Crew Volunteers
Courses 101, 201, and 301 each February – March at the Education Center or Warehouse.
General Volunteer
Hands-on training on site from your crew leader. No experience needed.
Homebuyers
Construction Basics 101 prepares you for build days and caring for your home.
