Its A Women Build Reunion!

Since 1991, Habitat for Humanity International has been hosting Women Build projects.  Locally, our first Women Build happened in Appleton in 2000.  Since then, we’ve hosted full house Women Build projects (even 2 houses at once in 2005!) and smaller events such as Rock the Block projects with all female volunteers.
This year in honor of our affiliate’s 25th anniversary, we’re having a traditional, full house Women Build project!
Click here to see the volunteer schedule for the project.
Individual and Group Volunteers are needed to fill these 3 roles onsite daily:
  • Construction Crew Members (no building experience necessary)
  • Site support (host of the site)
  • Donate lunches for the volunteer crews.
The 2018 Women Build is a full-house, new construction build in Appleton (in our Nienhaus Square neighborhood).  Ideally we’d like all construction crew members to be female but we’d love to have men sign up as site support or to provide lunch.

All volunteer sign up is done online.
