Invitation | Rock the Block Prayer Walk – Kaukauna

A letter from one of our Kaukauna community partners inviting you to a prayer walk for Rock the Block! See you there!
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
We have a great opportunity to come together and pray for God’s blessing in our community.  Habitat is revitalizing near 30 projects in a Kaukauna neighborhood May 1-6 and we want to gather believers to call upon God for a spiritual blessing for this area.  The Lord is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him and we pray this reward is for stronger, safer and healthier families in our neighborhoods.VolDesc_RocktheBlock
We will meet Wednesday May 3 at 6pm at St. Katherine Drexel Church (119 W 7th St., Kaukauna) for a short prayer service and then break into small groups and head to the surrounding neighborhood to pray as we walk the sidewalks. .  There will be maps available at the church that each group can take and we will divide up the neighborhood this way.  After we leave the church each group will walk their part of the neighborhood at their own pace.  When finished, there will be snacks and refreshments back at St. Katherine Drexel.   We are not proselytizing but just praying as we walk the sidewalks in our small groups.
All are encouraged to keep this area in their prayers in the weeks and months ahead and revisit the neighborhood if desired.  Please reach out to me if you have any questions.  Also, please confirm your anticipated attendance so I bring enough materials.
Whether there are 5 or 50 of us, I am confident God will be listening to our prayers.  We hope to see you then.
In expectation,
St. Katherine Drexel Parish
