Going to our annual gala event next weekend? Here is all the information you need to know:

Tickets | You do not need a ticket to enter Hard Hats & Heels. Please let our check-in staff know your name and, if applicable, you’re hosting party.
Dress | Our event is “Cocktail Attire” generally meaning a suit or sport coat for men and for women a dress or pantsuit.
Parking | Please enter from the Oneida Street side of Lambeau and park in the east parking lot. Enter our event through the Oneida Nation Gate.
Registration and Table Numbers | At check in, you will receive your table number and register for bidding. All bidding will be through a link on your smart phone that you will receive at registration.
Not technologically savvy? Our auction is being run by GiveSmart. Volunteers at the event and GiveSmart representatives in red shirts will be able to enter a bid for any item for you. Be sure to come with a fully charged phone!
Auction | We have over 40 silent and 8 live auction items. Our silent auction is open and ready for you to begin your bidding! Visit www.HardHatsandHeels.com to view all auction items, register for bidding and begin biding on some of these awesome packages!
50/50 Raffle Tickets are $10. There will be a raffle station at the event where tickets may be purchased by cash or credit card.
Golden Ticket Raffle sellers will be roaming the floor during the pre-dinner social hour. They will be selling a maximum of 200 tickets at $100. The raffle winner will be able to choose any of the live auction items listed on the ticket. The drawing for the Golden Ticket will occur at 8:00pm.
Bar Questions | There will be two cash bars available. The bar will accept credit cards and cash.
Check Out | A receipt for any spending for the night will be e-mailed to you. If you do not have an item to pick up, there is no need to go to the check out. If you have purchased an item, your receipt will be sent to your cell phone. Show your receipt to the staff at check-out to pick up your item. We have volunteers available to take the items to your car if needed.
